@KanibalKittN: you should be happy then, while Black Ops still has killstreaks, all of the lower level ones leave you helpless while you call them in, and the chopper gunner is open air, on a chaingun style, so you can be sniped off of it instead of watching rockets being misguided by chaff.

@GoldenID: It already has, there is no Nuke and all of the killstreaks leave you helpless when you're using them.
