I’ve missed the feeling of someone’s physical presence. None of my friends that I’m in regular contact with are quarantining actually alone. Most of them are with significant others or roommates or family.

cool. you decided not only to be a risk to yourself, but to your family. and depending on the mode of transportation, to the folks who use the gas station after you or the folks on the bus or whatever. and you don’t know if that person is isolating but for you or not, so you’re exposed to whatever all those other…

I don’t know if you’re really this thick, but you deciding that “People still got the virus even though they said they’re ‘careful,’ so I’m just gonna do whatever the hell I want and not quarantine! But don’t worry, we both washed hands after boinking and I only have a few sex partners so it should be enough, right?!”…

Define “point”?

I saw someone on Twitter say a friend broke quarantine for a hook-up, and caught Covid-19. Someone else said they caught Hoevid-19.

I have not, but I HAVE been sexting (no pics) with a guy who thought he was sending a flirty message to a woman he had a one night stand with a few months ago - a wrong number! 

And I’m assuming “custody schedule” means there are children who are potentially being exposed to the virus as well.

You’re not super careful, and neither is she, because you both didn’t quarantine. Isn’t that obvious?

As a single, older woman, the hardest thing for me about the quarantine has been the lack of sex. Before the virus struck, I was seeing a much younger man although we quietly drifted apart right as restrictions were being put into place. He hasn’t contacted me; I haven’t contacted him. But the yearning for sex does…

Also, if you’re going to be impulse/comfort shopping during quarantin, it really isn’t a bad idea to support handmade and consignment sellers for many reasons. But the biggest reason I think we shouldn’t shame those buying from small vendor is because many of them don’t qualify for business support or unemployment.

As evidence, you need look no further than Reade’s own Twitter timeline. Before she became a big-time Sanders supporter, she strongly supported Biden, including praising his work towards halting violence towards women.

And the female lawyers and journalists who are actually working to bring these cases to light don’t say, “Believe women” means, “Every accusation is the absolute truth, full stop.”

This is the correct take. As important as “believe all women” is as a movement and a state of mind, I’m inclined to think “investigate all accusations” is a safer method.
