A lot of stuff was fixed on that R engine! But new issues kept on coming. These power units are *really* complex, and there is always some stuff that you cannot see on the dyno.
The real threat is the Renault-Nissan debacle. Motorsport is always the first operation to get the axe when shit gets ugly. I hear from my ex colleagues that the official word is “Business as usual”, but they’re kinda worried.
1. 2020 engine and cars are mostly fixed by now. The damn cars need to run in 3 months.
