Interesting. My expectations aren't very high, because his "Perfect" remix was pretty unremarkable, but I'll be sure to scour YouTube for it after this behemoth is released.

For me, St. Vincent's got the first half of this year locked up.

I stopped after Pisces, and that's mostly because my mother still asks me for Christmas lists.

Albacore

I'm disappointed that this article didn't use the Buddha picture. I was hoping that would be the default Corgan picture for the rest of his life, when he releases an eight-coffin funeral set.

Yael Stone's chances might be damaged by the show's decision to submit in the comedy category.

Season 3 needs more Chang.

Their wedding was supposed to be the series finale, but then, money happened. The writers couldn't really churn out a string of mediocre going-though-the-motions episodes if they actually had something new and worthwhile to write about.

I never really understood why Nia Long never became famous famous.

Simpsons Season 5?

This isn't a particularly insightful Hatesong, but let's not pretend that "Tomorrow" is a great piece of work.

Isn't she only 18-ish?

I always assumed Lebron would return to the Cavs when he was 41 years old and busted, but getting the exact opposite was just the cherry on top of a ridiculous year for this city. On top of the other stuff listed in the article, there's also Andrew Wiggins (for now, at least) and the Gay Games. I admit, I didn't know…

Yeah, but ESPN hasn't gone three days without talking about Lebron James for ten years.

That BMI thing bugged me so much. My MySpace page (RIP) still has a blog entry devoted to ranting about how much I disliked that movie.

I had no idea about that. That makes North West sound… exactly as stupid as it did before I learned this. At least these girls will have someone to commiserate (and, hopefully, start a folk duo) with.

A Christmas Story goes without saying!

The Kings of Summer was mostly filmed in Chagrin Falls, wasn't it? I'm from Berea, and it was cool to see parts of my hometown in during the parade scenes.

I'm with Marah. I saw The Avengers in the theater with my brother and my mother, who is physically incapable of using her indoor voice inside of movie theaters. She kept shrieking with pride whenever a Cleveland landmark showed up onscreen and, for once, it didn't matter, because everyone else was doing it too.
