As a new Windows 8 user, I'd say the biggest problem is the lack of Metro apps - not just in numbers but in the majors (for me): Pocket, Feedly, Google apps (no Gmail, Youtube, Books). I'm actually emulating Android just for those apps on my new Windows tablet. Ridiculous.
