Shibata would be a good choice, but my pick would definitely be Takeda. As much as I adore and admire Miyamoto and Sakurai, I don't think either of them would do well with the business side of things and are better suited as creatives. Plus, with Takeda in charge, we might finally get StarTropics 3!

That music video was directed by The Lonely Island's Akiva Schaffer from before The Lonely Island joined Saturday Night Live. He also directed the video for Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt and a couple other We Are Scientist clips around this time.

It's in theaters now / Coming this summer

Activision has owned the rights since 2008.

I've been playing 4th edition D&D with a group of friends for the past year and we're thinking of transitioning to 5th edition over the summer. Shadowrun seems like great fun to me, but these people are mostly high fantasy nerds, so D&D is more their bag.

And I appreciate you right back. Thanks!

Mother 2 was released in Japan in '94, but Earthbound came out in the West in '95.

My number one request would be more off-TV accessibility. As is, with the TV off or on, you know, broadcast TV, I can select which store to enter or the multiplayer lobby but I can't shop, outfit myself, see the lobbies or even play anything outside of the local 1-on-1 mode. The fact that I CAN play 1-on-1 on the

Best sprinkler placement I saw was in Walleye Warehouse. Somebody on the other team threw a sprinker up on the ceiling in front of my team's spawn point, and it was JUST out of range of my Aerospray MG, so it spent the entire session continuously coating our homebase with their ink. A charger could've taken it out,

He routinely sends out photos of whatever amiibo he's got laying on his couch in the torn shambles of their boxes. When he got his King Dedede amiibo, he immediately wrote his initials in black sharpee on the edge of Dedede's cloak. At this point it's more about trolling our buddies who take amiibo collecting very

The three of our collections combined are shamed by Spike TV's Jason Cipriano. I haven't laughed so hard in the past year as when I got the Rosalina amiibo for Agnello's birthday and, upon giving it to him, we immediately took a series of photos of Anthony steadily tearing the box to shreds and sticking the amiibo

I'm an Aerospray RG man for the time being. I love its high rate of fire and the inkstrike is very helpful for clearing a path. I don't use the ink mines as much as I should but I'm training myself to use them more.

Same here. I felt so much potential as it was starting, really excited about seeing where my decisions would lead, but the overall course is so linear and the "shocks" are so unsurprising and unsatisfying. Also, man, I wish Fringe had ended with season 3. The season 5 finale was beautiful and all, but I would happily

Words cannot describe my hype for this. As one of maybe a dozen people in the world who genuinely loved Noby Noby Boy this preview video tickles me in so many delightful ways. And pressing a button to hold hands is almost as great as the dedicated hug button in WayForward's A Boy And His Blob. I am all for the cute

It's just his fur, shaded to look like a bowtie, suspenders, pants and gloves. He's still naked.

There are twenty challenge stages for each of the three amiibo, so sixty total, but they all seem to be "challenge" versions of existing stages, like speed runs or different weapons. Completing those challenges does unlock exclusive gear, weapons, and 8-bit-styled minigames to play while waiting in the multiplayer

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the lore addressed in the single-player mode's collectable scrolls. It's one of the most interesting stories I've seen in a Nintendo game in a long time, a shame that it's tucked away like the log entries in Metroid Prime and most players won't see it.

I didn't mention it in the review because the local multiplayer is easily the shallowest part of the game at the moment. 1-on-1, run around the same arenas taking out balloons. At least in this mode you get to choose which arena and one of eight load-outs. One player plays exclusively on the GamePad (the only time in

True story: about a day after my review code arrived, I was coming home late from work and my girlfriend decided to try the game out on her own. I've been trying to broaden her game palette for months but the only things that have kept her interest have been Animal Crossing and Little Big Planet. She hasn't been keen
