Except manuf have been doing that. They’re implementing rail systems in the beds for tie downs (among other things) and payload capacity is as high as it’s ever been.

Then you’ll be happy to see that torque went up and came in at lower RPMs on several engines and the gearbox was improved...again...not sure what you are all complaining about, this is one of the most ridiculous comment threads on this site right now.
...a strange complaint, no? This doesn’t affect you negatively at all. It results in nothing but positive changes. The F150 is already the best truck you can buy, and obviously they’re changing more than the engines. I really don’t understand what you’re angry about here at all.
Since a 1987 F150 maxed out at around 225hp and people complain that the 278hp Tacoma is slow, I’m going to have to disagree with your fix.
Wait. It weighs 4,985 pounds, you hooned it, and it still got 20 MPG? Damn that’s impressive!
This competes with the Tacoma TRD Pro.
I want to know if GMC is getting a Canyon with a similar treatment.
I guess I’m the only one who appreciates the new tech. I had an instance a few weeks ago where I looked over my shoulder for two seconds where two highways merge, and at the same time the cars in front of me all jammed on their brakes. My car beeped and slowed me down enough to where I avoided slamming into anyone. …
Ignoring the fact that it may make people more complacent, I think tech and autonomous can’t get here soon enough. Not because I want it, but because I want other drivers to have it. The number of times I see someone texting, doing their makeup, drifting in and out of their lane while talking on their cell phone, etc.…
Rather than trying to put a monetary value on someone’s life, I think it’s okay to define the economic benefit a person brings to the GDP each year. If you lose 20 years of someone’s working career, you lose so much GDP, etc.
I went to lunch with a guy the other day who didn’t put his seat belt on. I asked him why and he said it was because the government required him to. I did a straw poll back at the office and this thought process was more widespread than I thought.
“Not sure they’re actually saving people as they are enabling people to be even less attentive behind the wheel.”
1st gear: Truth be told, I’d rather have my car be totalled if in a crash. Any insurance involved crash history makes resale nearly impossible nowadays, even if the damage is minor.
I’d love to see an analysis of the economic benefit that the new safety systems provide. I’m willing to bet that even with the increased cost (both initially and on repairs) they are going to save enough people from death and injury that they provide a net benefit to society.
Dear god–8 headlights!
If I had to pick the one country that most consistently built cars that interest me, I think I’d have to say Brazil.…
I have all five of the original Toa (they’re behind the gunpla in the second picture) and I use to have all of the Toa Nuva but at some point I misplaced alot of their parts. eventually I’m gonna try to buy them again.
Starred for an original Bionicle.
