You keep trying to justify inept and unacceptable dealership mistakes and practices that cost customers time and money. You need to step to the other side of the service desk to see how your excuses ring hollow.
All your comments are so dealer friendly it hurts. You pad my estimate to include random and unspecific shit like that and the survey gets ratings of 1 down the line. The dealer I worked for didn’t pull that and my indy repairman doesn’t either.
