I don’t work at a DMV but I have used the agency in nearly every capacity in 6 or 7 states. All DMVs in all states have a main, non-local telephone number, often toll free, usually in that state’s capital, because they are a STATE agency. There is simply no need to ask local DMV personnel questions when the answers…
