Who is wheeling him around and then leaving him?!
Who is wheeling him around and then leaving him?!
Reminded me of Margot and Christopher going on a fly date over NYC in the 1978 Superman.
GoT really should’ve sprung for a laugh track.
“Least I have my brother”
“About that...”
I don’t know what was more prevalent, the shade or the awkward. Both were cranked up really high.
I was on the edge of my seat the whole fight. Hell, Pedro Pascal is supposedly part Chilean, and down here we have a saying, “We played like never before, yet we lost as always” (“Jugamos como nunca, y perdimos como siempre”), which we used to say after soccer matches when the team played incredibly well, looked like…
God, Yondu getting his arrow back and massacring his way through his old crew might be my favorite scene in the entire MCU. It’s everything the Guardians movies do right in a nutshell: funny, stylish, perfectly scored, and really twisted when you stop to think about it.
Elsewhere in the Episode:
It is also built-in to our legal system in a number of ways. There is logic to that structure, but it still strikes me as ... odd every time I see it.
Leaving aside the fact that one of the people he targeted was fucking 14, lines like:
“She never played another gig.”
AND (from a different person)
> Yes, the games take slightly less time than it takes for dinosaurs to become petroleum.
Breakfast is the best food on the planet, whether you eat it at 8 am or 2pm, or 11pm. Its the best food ever created.
“And this time around, we’ll have control of everything.”
I actually found ME:A to have a very good gameplay loop, amazing looking locales and graphics in general, and some interesting stories to explore. The “bad facial animations” was indeed hideous, and easy for people around the interwebs to clip and laugh at, but overall it didn’t really stop me from enjoying ~80 hours…
I love both of those movies. Spider-man 1 & 2 = best superhero movies. Yes Tobey was the best Spider-man/Peter Parker combo, the others just lag behind. And as you probably mentioned in some other post, it’s the Spider-man of old, not the modern one.
I cannot get enough of that Jacob Wohl story. It’s replaced the Mooch’s tenure as Press Secretary as my favorite piece of schadenfreude ever. How their story never even had a chance; within seconds of being made public it was meticulously picked apart and exposed. And yet they persisted! And to top off all the…
I think one of the problems this movie has is in it’s depiction of Ramona. She’s supposed to be as careless and shitty as Scott, but she just isn’t. One of the great things about the end of the comic is that they both grow and are willing to try having a more adult relationship. The end of the movie, due to coming out…
What makes you think there’s anything to see in Ramona though? Both characters are incredibly immature and unlikable, (I hope), on purpose.
My main problem with the PS controller, for pretty much their whole existence, is their cramped size. That and the sticks are always too loose, though I adjust after playing for a bit. The symmetry thing is meaningless. IMO it’s more about what I consider the primary and secondary positions. Sony puts their sticks…
Allow me to respond in my Billy Eichner voice but OF COURSE DAVID FOSTER WALLACE FUCKING DID IT BETTER
