People who drive an extra 15 miles to get gas at a station that has gas that’s 3 cents cheaper a gallon would be the kind of people I would expect to try to get around the fee. It cracks me up when people try to be cheapasses and can’t do basic math, and therefore end up spending even more money.

The other 20% actually does take longer, since charging is not linear. As the battery gets full it takes longer for the ions to get to where they need to go. This is true for phones and laptops as well.
