For the love of anything, please DON’T plant bamboo in your yard. Unless it is a native species and you have a sprawling amount of acreage you don’t mind being overrun by it, just don’t do it.

The only problem with arborvitaes is that eventually they get very large and grow together, then the trunks start splaying all over and showing the ugly dead spots, although this takes quite a long time before they get to this point.

Yep. I live in North Carolina and everyone I know that has bamboo in their yard HATES it.

I’ve heard and read so many horror stories about planting bamboo. Be absolutely damn sure you want to grow bamboo, because according to those stories once planted it’s not going anywhere.

Kurt Cobain died from drugs and mental health, it’s a fucking disservice to him and all us addicts fighting every day to reduce his death to a woman who was also in the midst of her own battle.

I’m all about getting some backstory for Valkyrie. And I have no doubt Tessa Thompson could carry a movie.

No mention of his work on GLOW? I feel like that would be worth mentioning here.

With good reason, that’s a killer song.

The bit with Mobius reprimanding his subordinate confused me. The way the guy was acting I thought for sure he was being mind-controlled, or something.

Yeah, i think they are definitely building to the TVA staff getting some big reveal about who they really are.

Glad I’m not the only one that thought of ‘Fires of Pompeii.’ (One of my personal favorite Doctor Who episodes.)

It’s a distraction. It’s all a distraction. The bombing of the Sacred Timeline in order to create all of those parallel timelines is to get the TVA agents out of the TVA. Now the Timekeepers are vulnerable, and Lady Loki knows where they are.

Another indication of this is the Mobius statement about how the TVA created them for this task. It just left this sense that there’s more to the agents origins than they realize.

Bonnie Tyler's agents are really raking in the bucks this week...

The commander saying, “It’s real,” and, “I want to go home.” I think that “Lady Loki” showed her who she really is. A variant that the Timekeepers pulled in and mind wiped. I may be wrong, but that plot thread leads to a major reveal.

These are 13 - 14 year olds at an elite school and I would think the lesson plan included more than this one show- again, another example of how treating this like it had no context is ludicrous. However, I will say that Ziwe’s fame on social media and her two interview subjects likely made her seem like the ideal

Won’t someone demand to speak to the manager?!?!

And she is recognizably still the same person, but just a much more evolved version of herself

I love how the place she ends up is almost a complete 180 from where she started, and yet the change feels absolutely earned and true.

I am looking forward to her critically reviewed, limited reality series
