To be fair, the film is being explicitly billed as an alternate history. Most prehistoric cartoons just have humans and dinosaurs co-existing without even bothering to handwave them. I don't see this film being more creationist-friendly than something like the Flintstones, if not less so.

Claiming to be raped opens you up to some of seriously degrading shit, the idea that it's just something you do "for attention" is disgusting and mostly disconnected from any kind of reality.
