Yeah, that is the exact reason I have never even considered going for them. There are so many fine variables that are part of the eyeware experience that you cannot get done on a site. Even the fine tuning to fit your face once the frames arrive, you can’t get that from the site and if you take them into another store

That’s actually a good point—when you need glasses for the first time, online stores might not be the best route.

This should go without saying, but if you choose to purchase your glasses online, you are NOT entitled to free service or repairs on those glasses from brick and mortar retailers.

I recently was Dx with needing glasses for the first time. The frames at the vision places are just stupid pricing. I hated everything on my face; even the $300 pairs. I liked the look of the Warby’s and the price was good. After a couple months of going back and forth with glasses with the wrong Rx, they gave me a
