I would add David to the list of decent bakers, though there are only three of them. I don’t think any of the others are or were viable, including Helena and Michelle, even if they should have stayed longer than Priya and the obviously doomed Michael.

Diahann’s Dominique was far and away the most significant black character on all of the big prime time soaps of the 80s.  She really showed that a black actress could bring the drama as well as any white diva.

These moments just seem like spontaneous gestures from the brother and the judge.  I don’t think they intended to make any universal statement on forgiveness and race.  Forgiveness in general is a very personal thing.

Playing the Untitled Goose Game makes me think that a video game where you play a mouse going around ruining the days of people in the White House in petty ways could be fun.
