Honestly, it is weird that the current version went with the traditional gender roles instead of swapping them or didn’t include a non-white actor. Beyoncé was rumored to be considering a lead in a version of this for years. Cooper’s version is almost a direct remake of Streisand’s except it is actually good.

These debtors would likely fall into two categories: those with money who are too busy/careless to pay or those who are struggling but lack knowledge or are too proud to apply for aid.  The latter category are obviously more sympathetic than the former.
