You should have started with a proven platform for combining electric and gas drivetrains, like the Fiero.

This is a story relayed to me after a discussion about testing compression on a friends car to find out a spark plug had worked it’s way out of the head.

I had one as well, loved the Fiero ever since I read this magazine as an impressionable youth. Should have never sold mine.

Spark plugs on a Subaru Legacy are a pain in the ass but nothing compared to the headlights on my old G2 Eagle Talon. You had to remove the air filter box and battery to get at them on the passenger side.

On my 96 Geo Tracker it was the suspension. Rear sway bar, 1.5" front lift springs, 3/4" puck in the rear, Bilstein shocks and struts, and 1" front wheel spacers to get the tracking back.

No love for the ending of the first Fallout? Just a great way to wrap up the ending with the character marching off in the desert at the end.

I would go with a Suzuki LJ instead. But I’m a fan of the Suzuki ahead of buying a Jeep.

We pulled the part and found a shop to weld it up and only lost a couple of hours. We later lost the serpentine belt, clutch, hood and ended the day shearing off the shifter in the middle of a silt bed and slept in the desert overnight.

In my first attempt at a long distance desert race we finished the wiring for the new motor at 2 in the morning, slept for 4 hours, drove until 2 in the morning to get to Nevada, slept for a few hours, did tech and worked on finishing up the car, then broke a bad weld on the rear suspension after 2 minutes.

Wasn’t Jeep sued by American Bantam for the tagline “Original Jeep” in one of their advertising campaigns because they didn’t actually make the original jeep?

That’s a decent tower you have there. But compare it to the Space Needle and it’s a bit lacking.

The 2.5L Iron Duke.

Some people want to watch the world burn, they are the type that would make this story more accessible to children. Either that or it’s revenge for having read it as a child.

At one point I owned:

There was a 3-speed automatic available, you can also swap a GM 3-speed in easily enough. Fairly certain it’s a Samurai as well, just with the rear frame cut down.

When I was but a child I had a Hot Rod Magazine that had an article on the Pro Fiero. From that point on I always had a deep love for the little plastic car. Once I had enough money I picked up and 84 and discovered all of the overheating issues that plagued the early models. I reached a point I could replace the

I would go with a Suzuki SX4. Small size, good mileage and AWD that will get you where your going.

That would probably be my SJ-410 that I should have held onto. .970 cc 4-cyl engine pushing out 45hp and 49lb torque stock with a 4-speed transmission. Some 33" tires, 6.5:1 Transfer case and 5.12 gears and it go anywhere that didn’t require you to hit 50mph.

The most annoying thing about this game was in one of the levels you need to shoot through a window to hit an elevator switch down below you to get to the next section.
