The Hyundai has a better chassis than the Honda although it has the edge with the adaptive dampers here. I’m not a fan of the manual in the Elantra Sport surprisingly...just feels very synthetic. The DCT is phenomenal though and I think it’s better than an older 2011 Porsche Cayman’s PDK which I drove not long ago.

NewEnglanDear has a point. The non-sport Elantras have a torsion beam, but anyways I still think the Elantra is still the class-leader here in terms of bang-for-buck. It’s pretty quick, handles well, is loaded with features, gets decent MPG, amazing warranty, and is damn cheap. The interior and exterior are excellent.

Repsol may actually be leaving soon because it doesn’t make sense for them financially. I read an article about it somewhere that they will be pulling out soon. Frankly, I’m happy. I hope MotoGP dies and we can watch something else with a more level playing field
