Is your prescription acne cream Retin A (aka tretinoin)? That will help with the acne and the wrinkles, but it will really dry you out, especially in the beginning. You should be able to find moisturizer with SPF at the drug store and if not there, definitely somewhere like Ulta or Sephora. Good luck!
