naked...zero problems...however....If i were using mine outdoors a lot around dusty dirty areas or really wet areas i would most def have it in an otterbox. so i can see a real use for protective cases. Also if you let a kid handle your phone i think you definitely would want one!

I agree with your points with one exception. Trained professionals are not ever present, especially in more rural areas. The response time where I live (right behind the police station basically) is probably like 2 minutes. In rural Tennessee it's more like 20 minutes. Unfortunately, even "trained professionals" botch
