I don’t see how forcing “connectivity” helps or hinders the MCU. There are too many plates spinning to do it properly. Loved this. The New Mutants of that era are a favorite. I thought the costumes and the actors were well made and cast. Got a lot of personality in such a short film. Bravo. I want to see this on Disney XD or something. The New Mutants are ripe for that.

Good point. Early in the movies the Captain America experiment was frequently the reason for powers. Still this apparently is the basis for a lot of the Hell’s Kitchen characters. I just wish they could have random accidents.

I think it’s kind of funny that all of the super powered people are implied to get their powers from the same place. When they went that track in the Amazing Spider-Man movies everyone rolled their eyes at the Osborn connection. Marvel does it and it’s pretty interesting that it’s “connected”.
