If it makes it any easier for you, you can use the animus pulse to see where the fish are, and then shoot them with a bow and arrow. For the bullheads, I just ran up and down the river near the town and shot the fish head the shore, waded out of pick them up, then shot the next one. It’s much quicker and way less

After completing this mission my screen went white and crashed the game. I was able to load back in successfully, but when I went to save again, all of my save files were corrupted. So, in one straight go, I ignored my family and work obligations and powered through the last 10 hours of the game straight since I

I have a launch PS4 with two controllers and I’m right there with you. I only use it for Sony first party stuff, but when I do the fan is the loudest thing the house. If I play in the morning, it wakes my wife up. The other problem I have is that the battery life for both controllers is down to about four hours each,

I played the whole game this weekend and I have to say that it was the most buggy game I have played in the entirety of my life. I got the game because we couldn’t afford new games when it came out in 2003 so there was something in the back of my mind that was very excited for the chance to play it, and it was more or

I actually did get one! My transaction failed at 3 PM at Walmart, but it didn’t remove the system from my cart. So when 6 PM rolled around the transaction was half done and I hit complete and it worked.

You missed “spend all day reseting the Walmart purchase page” as a tip.

I wish they would let you set two home consoles. I have my wife’s Xbox set as the home account so we can play games on both consoles (it makes buying games digital worth it in comparison to buying discs only) but it is very frustrating to get kicked from a game every time the internet goes down.

I took “there is a possibility you may not receive the console on launch day” as it coming a few days or maybe a week late, not “we hope to get to you before Xmas” with my order status changing to “order placed” like I’m the one imposing on them.

I just got this email an hour or two ago. Extremely frustrating considering that I snapped up the preorder in the first minute or two that it was up, and that there are likely many scalpers who will get their boxes on day one.

To be fair, you can also get to GwG by scrolling allllllll the way to the bottom on GamePass. I personally wish they could just kill it, but I guess that opens them to Sony barraging them with anti-consumer accusations.

I think you’ve got it. I wouldn’t be surprised if GwG is gone in the next few months. Anything worth their negotiating time is going to end up on Game Pass as a value add.

No PS5 yet, so thanks for the tip. I’ve been tracking on Twitter, but I don’t really have a chance if it happens during working hours. I’ll give that site a shot!

Managed to get on off the MS site. It took lots of reloading, but I think this was way better than the PS5 pre-order show. At least I knew what time it was, I had my tabs open, and I was able to fairly try to get a pre-order. With the PS5, I was playing a board game with my wife after the PS show and by time I checked

I got the game the day it came out. There is an achievement for playing one multiplayer match. I tried to jump in to matchmaking that Friday, but couldn’t find a single match. On Saturday morning, I let it try to match make for ~30 mins while I made and ate breakfast. Nothing. I tried again on Sunday night. Never got

They also announced that EA Play will be included, which is a further $30 value.

I dunno about that. There are plenty of games that I planned to buy that I got on Game Pass instead. Halo Wars 2, Sea of Thieves, Forza Horizon 4. Past that, I’ve discovered a ton of gems on the service too. Carrion, Cross Code, Ori 2, Indivisible, and Children of Morta are just a few I’ve loved recently. And then

For me, coming off of TLOU2, it was pressing square to slaughter my horse. The worst was chasing the steed around to apologize as it just trotted off in fear and refused to let you ride it.

There is an implicit understanding that a console will have exclusive games. You play where the game is. But in this case you have to chose between a more complete version of the game, or the console experience for your platform of choice.

I personally would say that Persona 5, God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn were must-plays this generation, but that’s it for me and I played every big exclusive they released. That said, I just like the Xbox experience much better and, particularly since Game Pass, it’s where I prefer to do all of my gaming. I’ll only

I feel like this is perspective undercuts the idea of third party games in the first place. I like my Xbox because I’m bought into the ecosystem. I have a nicer controller, all my friends are there, it’s the console I upgraded, it’s where my surround sound headset is at, and I like unlocking achievements.
