the one funny part of this whole thing is the greedy scheme cooked up by greedy bastards was derailed by some of them being too greedy.

Maybe he could play Jor-El.

ok then. Can’t speak to the ASM games since never played them.

This is one of those times where it feels like both sides are being jerks, but I can’t decide who’s being the bigger one.

Spider-man would be more in line with the Batman Arkham games than Last of Us.

Yea my brother had a similar issue. He watched the prologue and then got turned off by the actual show. I didn’t watch the prologue until after I’d watched 3 or 4 episodes, so it didn’t bother me as much. But the show spun its wheels a little in the first few episodes, so now we’re getting to the end of the first half

I’m not sure about Witch from Mercury yet. It’s got a lot of really good characters, but the story is... I genuinely don’t know.

Fallen Order was fine and I imagine this one will be too, but there’s only so far you can go with a Jedi character in this particular part of the SW story. Either they die, or they go into hiding. Since it’s called Survivor, I’m gonna guess it’s going to be the latter.

Really should have two of these a year and rename GOTY to GOTL6M, cause I completely forgot HFW released this year.

Actually I haven’t seen that particular character yet.

I can’t get over the character designs and models for this game. They look awful to me.

People hate when other people get the same thing they do in different or easier ways. You can explain the reasons and justifications why till you’re blue in the face, they won’t care. All they see is someone getting the same thing with less effort.

Never played Riven, but did play Myst. Our family PC was absolutely not good enough to run Myst properly though, and everything took 100x longer than it should.

We aren’t saying SBMM is necessarily a problem, we are saying COD’s SBMM is a problem.

Don’t think I’ve seen a gamestop store that would be big enough for something like that.

As someone who plays MMOs, it’s funny to see the same “healers adjust” / “why no healing” arguments/complaints in other games.

DLC for games frequently drops in the same year as release. It’s practically expected nowadays.

oh I’d seen the note about them adding diminishing returns to drills, but didn’t realize they cut the sell price too. interesting.

Koraidon and Miraidon play into the past and future naming too. ‘mirai’ means future in Japanese, and ‘korai’ can mean ancient (or I guess more specifically, “from time immemorial”).

Trying to get people to use word and excel in virtual reality is a really desperate attempt to solve a problem that doesn’t exist.
