I don’t know, Sansa’s rape wasn’t a problem for me. The fact she’d avoided a wedding night for so long was starting to seem off. The focus on Theon’s feels about her rape was the problem.

“It is important that (the producers) not self-censor.”
We could stop trying to build superintelligent AI. That would probably be the safest course of action if we really, truly thought the machines were going to try and wipe us out.
I think what really annoyed me in this episode was the way death was treated. You have the Doctor, so unwilling to take up arms against enemies in the past, shooting a seemingly decent, rational man who was on his side. Yes, the General regenerated (apparently not a big deal anymore!) but the Doctor basically shot an…
A little consistency would be nice. But hey it’s Moffat - consistency and continuity ain’t in his vocabulary!
Right well I don’t know what to make of that episode as I genuinely had no idea what was going on and once Clara came back I stopped caring completely about the plot. There was something about Hybrids dooming Gallifrey that didn’t happen, Me turned up again, Rassilon was there but I didn’t work that out until he was…
This is factually inaccurate. SpaceX has made controlled vertical landings many times. They are attemtping to do so now on a floating barge. That is a much more complex problem
No Flash? No Arrow? No SHIELD? No iZombie? Are they on their stupid midseason break, or just taking a week off?
I elaborated in my own comment but I will reply to you in comic book guy speak.
I just don’t get the season at all now. Last season’s arc was blatantly obvious but at least it had one (like all Moffat seasons) and RTD usually had a brilliant layering of ‘blink and you’ll miss it’ references woven throughout that are great on second viewing but this makes no sense. So far we’ve had Minister of…
The camera thing just made NO sense. Why the fuck would anyone want to watch ultra shaky, faux-grainy video cam footage with half the screen obscured by a gun muzzle? Jesus Christ, what a terrible decision. I’m watching Doctor Who, not playing Call of Duty. I’m almost angry at just how stupid and gimmicky that was.
It makes sense this episode was focused on sleep as it put me right to it. This episode seemed to suffer from a lack of things happening and instead tried to rely on a gimmick that didn’t really fit the episode.
Is there a followup interview with Kentaro Miura where he talks about making manga having to give way to his need to play Idolmaster or Monster Hunter or whatever the hell he’s playing instead of finishing Berserk? :3
I don’t understand the problem with Uber. I’ve used it dozens of times and have never once had any issue. The cars are always cleaner, the drivers always more pleasant and they always actually know where they’re going. You can find negative experiences with taxi cabs just as easily. And any human being can avoid surge…
I utterly hated it as the entire ‘Zygon’ plot was basically the UK Far Right’s view of how Muslims are going to secretly take over.
I’ve been saying this for years. Changing the clocks is twice a year is pointless, and if we are going to end the practice, we should go with DST year-round.
I want this to be so big that Disney will lock JJ Abrams down for the rest of his life and keep him the fuck away from Star Trek.
Like some others, I reacted negatively to the idea of electric eels in Scandinavia (they’re South American). But really, that’s not the strangest inconsistency in Whovian history by a long shot, so I shrugged it off. I wish they’d come up with a different solution, though, because it reminded me of the terrible…
I swear guys I was watching this very strange episode of Stargate earlier on. The basic premise was the same, advanced people going to primitive Earth cultures and fighting aliens across the galaxy, but they’ve changed it. Not only have they changed SG-1 again but now there’s only two of them, the Goa’uld are still…
I wonder how many people that cosplay are actually into their characters and how many are just female or male, attention seeking “camwhores”?
