I bought the PC version over the weekend. It works fine. I have an 8-core processor that’s going on 5-6 years old, and a GTX 1060. I have everything maxed, and it runs around 60 FPS. Frames drop a bit in busier planets, but that’s expected.

Just make sure you turn off FXAA, otherwise everything will look blurry and…

Yeah. He said the “not who you think it is” thing two different times. The first time was in the forum on Feb 17, before the reveal of the new character yesterday. Since it was before the reveal of the girl character, we can assume he was referring to Doomfist then.
