Umm, USB Flash sticks are extremely cheap for plenty of space. They also don't take up much room.

The best game of all time, now more accessible to new players. This is good news.
I used to really enjoy buying physical games at game stores as a kid. First I’d have to talk my parents into driving me to one, because the closest one was 30 minutes away. That usually meant combining the activity, going out for food, etc. Walking in to buy TurboGrafx 16 games, DOS games, or Amiga games in their huge…
Just wanted to congratulate you on your Jumpman reference. Tip top!
Ha! I actually worked at ST Labs. Started there in 1997, left in 2000/2001 after the company was merged a few times, downsized, etc. Some good people there. They did games, hardware compatibility, but a lot of other types of software and hardware testing too. Had some big contracts with some very prominent companies.
Where is the ‘trode set?
Agree 100% There’s something to like about every race in the game, but the Orz is definitely the most mysterious, and some of the central entity/hive mind theories out there go ridiculously deep. Amazing stuff.
:D Nice! Was thinking something similar.
Reminds me of the expansion door in Ultima VIII: Pagan. It was where the Lost Vale expansion was supposed to begin. The project got cancelled, so the door led nowhere. It drove me absolutely nuts. Still does. (this was, contrary to most people, my favorite Ultima game)
Apparently they still are with all the fearful comments in here. :D If someone finds a cabinet, I’ll play it. :P
Actually, the SNES can do this. The image above is 1024x1024. Each "pixel" is actually 4x4 pixels. If you divide that down, it easily falls within range of a few of the SNES' graphics modes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Nin…
"The complaints were that the other women didn't seem all that appropriate for a battlefield, and that their clothing seemed somewhat ridiculous."
If I hadn't beat both Bayonettas twice after getting them on my Wii U recently, I'd be right there with you.
I think she's fairly attractive too actually. The fact that her arms are bigger than my head is a little disconcerting, but... :)
Same with my brother and I. We played 1-4 (but especially 2) the same way. Drawing maps, navigating while the other played, etc. We still hum some of the music when we get together, or say something from the SCI dialog system in real life context. I don't know how many times I've old him "I'm not sure what you're…
Mirror's Edge was nearly perfect in every way.
I LOVE Megaman's jump! Well put. I too jump through the gates. :) It's fun to use the jumping cheat on Megaman 3 too. It adds to the "jumping just the right amount" aspect.
Not only is it really big, but it's also really-really good looking.
I didn't have the map. A friend of the family let me borrow all (what 10?!?! floppies...) but didn't have anything that went with it. (his kids had their way with most of their stuff) My brother and I painstakingly walked all of the streets of Shapeir, and mapped them out by hand, making detailed notes along the…
