Totally, if it was in the comics then the lesbian scenes can't be gratuitous or exploitive. Because comics always treat female characters with respect.

I like that even as a prequel this show has found a way to surprise the viewers. Next week Alfred should die and somehow inspire dozens of older gentlemen to become Bruce's buttlers.
