Taco Time did scaffolding-as-food-joint way back in the 80s. (Seattle)

Less: 1/3 stop

Official specs says it is. And don't underestimate the value if a movable screen when shooting video. It's not a toy.

http://youtu.be/52722595 What's up with your video sample? It's playing back at what appears to be 5fps in sections. Not so sure you really knew how to shoot video with it - or this is the first Vimeo video ever to have issues playing back on this iPad. Also, not even going to mention live view while shooting video or

"Is a huge fan of Ray Wert" - That's the weirdest intro ever.

You killed it. The site that is. "Error Establishing Databse Connection."

Someone buy this kid a can of Krylon

Thanks. Yes, I currently use a Glidecam Camcrane 200 that has been hit by numerous cars, including Ken Block during a Gymkhana demo several years ago. It's built like a tank, is relatively cheap, and still works great. I used to have a fully articulating hydraulic system, but it was simply too delicate and cumbersome

I should note that the intro of the episode was shot with a 5D Mk II, the rest was the Sony A77.

Now playing

I shot a full TV documentary with a Sony A77. I would have loved the A99 had it been available at the time (headphone jack, finally!). Like all DSLRs they both suffer from aliasing (exception being the 5D MkIII, which instead is soft), so you have to be careful with wide highly-detailed shots.

One key point missing from this article is that Subaru UK is an independent company with no ties (other than buying products) to Subaru North America or Fuji Heavy in Japan. As such, they can do whatever the hell they want. It has ZERO impact on Subaru globally. For those eager to jump to conclusions: This isn't a

A couple issues here. First, you're linking to our video on a channel that is illegally hosting our content (but thank you for bringing it to my attention. I've asked them to remove it.) Second, you're referring to a video we filmed in early 2011 featuring 2011 cars as "the worst of 2012" and it was our first attempt

http://youtu.be/47837799 The most important feature in this NEX 6 is that it's first serious NEX to be tested that does not consistently shut down with an overheating message while shooting video (I didn't test the NEX 6 myself yet, but I had a contact that owned one test it for me.) The 5N, 5R and 7 have serious

Sony RX1: a fix-lens Leica for half the price. Every great photographer has a smaller camera for the times a big DSLR isn't appropriate. The RX-1 means no-compromise photography in your pocket. Full-frame 24MP sensor, Zeiss f2 Sonnar glass and full manual controls. Considering what it is, the $2800 price is very

You guys need to seriously get over the 5D Mk III. It was a a half-hearted improvement on what could have been the ultimate hybrid DSLR photo/video shooter (instead, Canon decided that feature set should go for closer to $8000.) For stills, the Nikon has some significant improvements over the Canon, making the Mk III

Sony has been using dual SD/MC slots for several years now. Move along...

There were a couple BRZ's there... but they stayed safely in the parking lot.

I own the trademark "Driving Sports" (words, not just logo) - so yes, you certainly can trademark common words. However, there are significant restrictions on the enforcement of said trademarks and the scope that the trademark covers.

I was disagreeing with your assessment of available lenses, not comparing the NEX to other camera sizes. Though, by pretty much every pro photographer's review (not gadget blog reviews which have to be taken with a grain of salt) the NEX body betters the Rebel in almost every way and is trumped by the 5D Mark III only
