I played ff3/6 when VII was out and still agree VI is by far the best ff. Ive played through it several times and I always enjoy it so much. I want to love 9 and I know its a good game, but for some reason I never even finished disc one. I still find 9 way better than 8 and I got to disc 3 in FFVIII.

You are correct. FFVII came on 3 discs. FFVIII came on 4. Ive played through VII 6 or 7 times growing up. I could speed run disc one in about 13 hours. 10 hours for disc 2 and like 5 hours of grinding and getting ultima weapon for clouds sword on disc 3.

Ive been saying the pricing should be this way ever since they started selling NES games. I don’t own any of the eshop games because emulation is perfect on pc esp with a controller. I would still pay1-3 bucks if it meant playing on my Wiiu.

I’m pretty sure you’re ignoring the fact those people already made their money when those games released over 10 years ago. Also ignoring the fact the ability to play ps2 games on pc is free. Why would I pay $15 for a game I already own and can already play on my pc with upscaled resolution.

Considering an emulator up scales for free. Yeah it should be a lot cheaper. Fine you don’t get trophy support but im sure a lot of people who just want to play their old games don’t care. So yes since the free option is actually a really good option they really should charge less for games over 10 years old.

I felt that too about the VR the way it was presented at this years E3. There was no special music no hype train. It was talked about almost as an after thought. I already see this coming out with 5 games and never hearing about it again.
