Yes and no. The top speeds aren’t the same.
Yes and no. The top speeds aren’t the same.
No, I don’t WANT to see anyone injured. However, to say that danger isn’t a huge part of any motor sport event is naive, if not a complete basdardization of the entire endeavor.
This sound is particularly great when you juxtopose the frustrating silence of the P1 cars.
The P1 hybrid cars are so silent that they really ruin the experience for me.
Is it true it is racing GT Amateur? Am I missing something?
So, if the M3 were naturally aspirated, like it should be, none of this would be a problem? And, it could be naturally aspirated were it not so bloated and weighted down with a bunch of stuff I don’t want or need. You want to do that to the rest of the 3 series mom rides, then great. An M3 is supposed to be an…
Want. That is all.
I personally found the Subaru dealership experience horrible. I think they do a great job at making affordable cars fun however (BRZ/FR-S, WRX/STI). And it’s Japanese, so I don’t worry it will fall apart in 40,000 miles or cost an arm and a leg when it does require service.
Can we please include bicyclists in this as well? Yes, the 10 speed riding, spandex wearing 9-balls that take sanctimony to a new level.
As far as you know, little buddy. Who you trying to convince though? LOL. I mean, you are the trailer driver, cum stand in “race engineer”, for for a regional SCCA team. So I should believe you. ;-)

...and Right Ear Wearer of the Double Hoop, Golden Earrings. Bequeathed to him by his Father-In-Law, The Earl of the Tube Framed RX-7!”
By the way, I dub thee ‘Duke of the Ohio Valley SCCA, Wrencher of All Things Speed, and Vanquisher of Loud, Unsophisticated V-8 Heathens”!
OK then....Btw, I do not even own a V8. Talk about a conversation only going one in one persons head... Sort of like thinking you are from racing royalty and proclaiming it to the world, right? Or having an inferiority complex about your favorite racing series? Thanks for for the paddock fodder. You may never know.
Oh wow, is that really the best you have got?!? Love it. I sense a strong strain of butt hurt. Thanks for playing.
Nice projection. If any one is the cliche, it would appear to be you. Are you not the one that opened up the whole thing by trolling for who and what you perceive to be a “cliche”? Seems rather clichéd to me. You have an issue with people who don’t share your views. And I also think you are starting to realize that…
And why hold back? Just a few posts ago, you had married into an an old school racing dynasty. Now you a gore telling us you agree just another stooge? That cannot be.
I suppose that is some swipe at those who appreciate V-8 power? Such people being, in your estimation, a bunch of uncouth, unsophisticated rednecks? Please, do go on....
Actually, I believe it was you who exhibited the chip by stating that critiques of this series were somehow unfounded? When I simply said that those same critiques were indeed legitimate, you again exhibited said chip by calling me names. I am also reasonably sure that you do not speak for any paddock, anywhere (but…
In other words, you never know who you might be opening up a conversation with by calling them a “cliche”. All because they are not fans of your electric racing series. But what do you have to worry about? You are Ohio Valley Region royalty.
