I have no problem with that, especially considering Senna's history with Sega... he didn't just put his name on their F1 game for a cheque, he actually worked closely with the programmers and developers to increase the accuracy and realism.

That is actually pretty cool...

That trophy is AMAZING. Sure it’s corporate branding just like the Heineken one, but at least it has some character to it (no pun intended, I swear). I wonder where that one is now and how much it’s worth?

The Cayenne isn’t called a 911 SUV.

The Cayenne didn’t water down the 911, the Urus didn’t water down the Aventador, the Bentayga didn’t water down the Continental GT, the Cullinan dudn’t water down the Phantom and the Ecoboost V6 didn’t water down the Ford GT.

The Sharan is most certainly not cool. It’s a shockingly horrible piece of shit, the oozing lip sore on the face of land-based transportation—and yes, I’ve had the misfortune of driving even the VR6 version. Gross. Bleh.

Alanis, I usually love the your articles, but come the fuck on. The Audi S3 has 288hp, the S4 349hp/369tq, the BMW 340i has 320hp, ONLY 19 MORE THAN A REGULAR TOYOTO CAMRY.... the Ct4-V is going to be a quick car that will directly complete with the S3/S4/340i for marketshare.

And one company was brave enough to attempt the egg-shaped-crossover-convertible combo platter. Unfortunately that company sucks, and so do its’ products.

Both with soulless automatics.

I mean, couldn’t *one* of you have given him a reasonable answer?  The only non-troll answer is the Acadia, and he literally said he had no use for an SUV.  I get that there’s a comedy element, but I thought there were supposed to be a few helpful suggestions?

Owned? Surely you meant to say leased.

Nah, I work from home roughly 50% of the time, so I don’t have to look at it as much. I pity their coworkers though...

Yet another reason why the world needs less lawyers.

They sold at least one, because I see it in the parking lot at work. I suspect its owned by one of the lawyers in the offices upstairs from us.

I find it fascinating that BMW must occupy every single micro-niche CUV / SUV / SAC segment that Mercedes is in but when it comes to hot wagons - which Mercedes most definitely has covered with E63 AMG - BMW is like nah, we’re out. How many X4 Ms did BMW sell last year? Has anyone actually seen one of these

I’m glad they did the experiment. Yes, it didn’t work, but that’s why it was an experiment. Some limitations were known - efficiency, sub-optimal sunlight, etc. Many of the variables were unknown - resin durability, tire noise, etc. The test was conducted, results derived. This is a win IMO.

Based on the above, it appears Mercedes may be attempting to do the world a favor and kill all those who pick the illuminated star.

I think the funniest part of the Mercedes Illuminated star is that you can only get it if you cheap out on options that really matter, like adaptive cruise and automatic emergency braking. You are literally making your MB shittier from the factory for the sake of adding the “look at me” emblem.

Literally the best way to point out just how comically large the kidney grilles have gotten, especially at night.
