Prada yada yada…

I got a bottle of Wild Turkey as my Thanksgiving side…
This has been in my Netflix queue for (I shit you not) 10 years or so, but gets shuffled back behind the hundreds of other things in there, knowing that it's probably a great, but uneasy-to-watch film…
(Hoping a late reply is better than no reply…) Sam's character briefly refers to a certain time period as "when his man left him"… other than that they didn't play it up much. He was certainly less bombastic than usual, tho.
After the words, "Lost In Oz, a new children’s series", I can't not picture young George-Michael Bluth's bedtime TV trauma…
I fucking love Ricky Jay, too (without the lusting tho)…
I know, I'm a weirdo, but… I fucking love Rebecca Pidgeon in both this and State & Main. I just figure her character has a weirdly robotic vocal cadence and yet is totally adorable…
I am also "a very nice man who is still committed to the swing revival of the 1990s."
TGIFF!! Gonna go listen to some Squirrel Nut Zippers and Richard Cheese…

Women and seamen don't mix.

I've got a loaf of sourdough, some habeñero cheddar and plenty of butter… grilled cheese it shall be!

Upvoted with cast-iron love!

As part of my October-into-November horror-thon, I rewatched the 1976 re-take on King Kong… didn't love it as much as I did when I was a young teen, but it was an interestingly retro creature feature. I pretended "Jack Prescott, paleontologist" was merely a young Lebowski. Jessica Lange's airhead "Dwan" was annoying,…
