I hope it was La Teresita

You’ve only been there 4 months during the peak times when people get sick. Maybe it’s a little early to start casting aspersions.

If Andy Reid doesn’t die of a heart attack, I could see Kansas City winning it all.

Can confirm.

Glad I wasn’t at that wedding. The ones that I’ve been to have been fine, the food was very good, and nobody did that “here is when your table is allowed to go get food”. My table was in the group that decided to raid the bar while everybody else was in line waiting for food.

My first job out of college was working for the local county’s utilities dept., and you know what? Those blue collar, salt-of-the-earth, “honest day’s work” guys were the first to stop because it was raining and they were getting wet. This would be the tail end of the boomer generation.

For some reason people are really really confused by all of my fake facebook data. I tell them that I am really confused why they have their real info on there.

You should have thought about that before you moved way out west.

Airport parking is like $20/day for “economy parking”.  Always taxi to the airport.

Ugh, walking is HAAAARRD

A local “english pub” has a little goal affixed to their urinal mats, like

I started really following F1 around 1998 or so; 3 different manufacturers having a legitimate shot at a win is great variety.

Considering that ESPN is an extra $15/mo for me (slingtv), a $37 F1 streaming service sounded fantastic. You also can’t DVR ESPN channels on Sling, and the ESPN replays are so laggy on a Roku that they are unwatchable.

I think most gearheads in South Florida worked for Mosler at some point. At least those in the general West Palm Beach area.

What the hell? Torch’s suggestion is both sensible AND correct.

This often backfires for me since I’ll see something expensive and be like “I got paid enough that I can buy that while I was sitting on the office toilet last week!”
