According to the local news coverage, C-17s have really good brakes on those giant wheels and it left some long skidmarks down the runway and the crew’s flightsuits.

One of those accidentally landed at an executive airport instead of the local AFB down the road in Tampa. Kinda caught people by surprise.

These guys (well, when I was there it was just Theo) are great. No drivers meetings, etc, but first time around he gave my buddy and I a ride-along lap as our intro. I think I would go for the GT86. You definitely don’t want a fast car for your first ring trip (rented a 318 back then)
