Exactly. My CVPI was flex fuel and I ran it on E85 a few times. Highway mpg went down, but the power went up. But considering most of my driving was highway it just seemed wasteful

Had a similar experience about 10 years ago with my $100 wonder truck running a carbed 300I6. It stuttered a bit while accelerating and actually ran smoother when cruising. Those engines will run on anything

Hey, let's have an argument! Best number of gears in an automatic transmission. I say 6. 4 standard drive, 2 overdrive. Enough space in the transmission to have large and durable components, but enough gears to cruise the highway at 1500RPMs.

I see your Gundam and raise you a guy who drives both a low black personal sedan and has his own giant robot.(please note, Gundams are awesome, but I personally liked Big O better)

Sounds familiar. In my case the bike was at the shop I was working at, guy hadn’t paid for the work and it had been sitting in the back for weeks. “tough guy” comes in, wants his bike with a “down payment” aka trying to stiff us, so I call out to Ben, who worked with us at the time. All 6ft6, 300+lbs of Ben comes in

Good luck finding a nice one for a reasonable price. But there was one in Florida a few months ago with something like 10K miles on it.

Men like him need to get punched in the face repeatedly until the whining stops. And hopefully, someone from his ex wives family sees this and does just that.

Thats because it won't kneel before you.

Thats fair. I should have said "this much bearing". There are people who want the bible to be the law of the land, while picking choosing which parts to follow.

This has been going on for a looooong time. This article for example was from 2018, and Musky was already attacking unions https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2018/sep/10/tesla-workers-union-elon-musk

Its almost like a book written 2000 years ago shouldn't have bearing on modern society! Let alone one that's been edited, translated several times and then edited again.

Never understood why Olds didn’t do that with the Aurora. There’s even spots on the rear assembly that look like they were planning on putting bulbs in. But now, we just do it with LED strips.

Well said. I personally came up the console chain via Sega to Xbox. But when the OneX lineup came out, and supply was short I waited. In the meantime there was the mining boom then bust, and I picked up a Z440 that was very well specced, and a 6650XT for about the cost of an Xbox one. And surprise, the PC works with

Anyone else see this as ripe for abuse?

Good advice here. However, as a counter argument, don't fall into a money pit. There are some cars that will nickle and dime you to death. If it seems like you're constantly doing repairs on a vehicle, or the parts are more than it's worth, it might be time to switch out. I go by the general "does it cost less than a

A few reasons. Price, because dodge dealerships still run promotions. Less complicated, because older car. Also RWD. Some people really like rear wheel drive.

As others have touched on, the 6 liter PS had problems. Injectors, sticky turbos, but mainly EGR issues leading to head gasket failure. Crack the EGR cooler and coolant starts to seep in. Coolant goes into the cylinders, water doesn't compress, head gaskets pop. And it's a engine out or cab off job to fix.

I think in a year or 2 the Ford Maverick will make much more sense. Let the hype settle down, let some get onto dealer lots for test drives, it'll be fine.

Nah. Buying a base Charger makes sense if you need 4 seats, something sorted out and want a trunk. The Challenger, same thing in 2 door. Are the cars outdated? Definitely. But they're not bad.

Let me tell you the story of a man I call Dr Douchebag, and how I and my mother who was undergoing chemo are assholes apparently.
