Depends on the way the cellar units are installed. If it's a simple plug in modules most likely. But if it's integrated into the info center(looking at you Chrysler) probably not. 

There were plug in modules that could upgrade them to 3G. GM offered them for a while.

EVs could work for a brand like Chrysler. Quiet, soft, but they'd have to keep it simple so that older people could drive them.

Not a new concept. Back when the Clarkson/Hammond/May top gear was still doing car reviews they showed a range Rover with a split view screen. Standard infotainment for the driver, video for the passenger. This was the early 2000s.

A MONTH?! Why does it take a month for Texans to get plates? I can walk into a NY DMV and have plates that day. Ohio and PA were the same way. I think NJ too 

Can vouch for this. Never had a problem in NY getting plates.
