Licensing fees for the books?

Agreed; almost happened to Lemongrab, too. Fantastic, bizarre character... they couldn't help but keep bringing him back. But, smartly, they changed him up each time and kept it fresh.

I'm about 3 or 4 episodes into AoS so far and I'm very much not feeling him in a straight leadership role. I enjoyed him as Fury's right hand; a very likable, deceptively 'mousy' seeming guy who clearly knew his shit.

That said, I really need to see where the show is going before I'm willing to lock that thought in,

They fail at pretty much everything, obviously. ;)

In this batch of comments: people who are unable to have fun and are treating this like a serious suggestion instead of just having a laugh.

Shaming them when they pull this crap is the only way to reinforce the stigma associated with it. If you genuinely like this kind of thing, more power to you, but otherwise vote with your wallets and your internet rage.

Not a fan of Apple here, nor do I particularly care for their designs. But I'm willing to believe they simply found a form-factor they were satisfied with and decided to work in incremental changes from then on. We don't give cell phones a rash of shit for not evolving past the "small, almost always black rectangle"

Digging the love for Ruby in this thread. Yes, he's wildly obnoxious and shallow, but christ, if I don't crack up hard whenever he's on screen. He's a delightfully absurd character who fits in quite believably with the rest of the universe of the movie. Chris Tucker does him some serious justice.

They should do a video about how Peach is repeatedly getting kidnapped (and maybe she kind of likes it). Or how they all play sports together afterward. Or how Luigi lives in Mario's shadow and is ignored a lot. Or maybe something about how the mushrooms are drugs and Mario is tripping out. Or... *puts gun in

I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to take it too seriously. Although I have a feeling "Warrior" took it more seriously than most people.

That assumes I didn't already!

Rather uninspired music. I bet for the money they spent on the animation, they could have contracted some fans to make a terrific machinima from the game itself. But yes, Creeper Moe makes it worth it.

There's so many different flavors of chiptune that you can't (plausibly, at least) damn the entire genre in one swoop. That said, if you're looking for more of a modern twist, I can't recommend the band Machinae Supremacy enough. C=64 SID chiptunes (the best you can get, for my money) intertwined with metal.

The entire final season was almost as good... That's incredibly frustrating.

The original tweet is what that is in reference to. His blog post clarifying his position is well thought out, and completely justified. I retract my original judgement, for what it's worth. :P

It reflects poorly on him that he apparently gave it less than a day of thought. I don't blame him — hell, I'm greatly let down, as are many others. But I have to be a grown-up and think a bit and wonder what's going on in the background that made this deal happen.

Maybe, even with all the hype and momentum, Oculus

"I assumed that since I was experienced in Flash, which is a tool that is not made specifically for game development, that it would have to be a lot easier for me to make games with Unity, because it is a game engine."

So... it's cool to launch a Kickstarter project based purely on assumption and not actual research,

(And yet again I have replied to a comment many months old; apologies. Would have yanked it if this stupid commenting system would have allowed me to. :P)

Not disagreeing, but ALL of these are probably 78% artificial pixels. ;)

These quotes should tell you everything you need to know about this project:
