Thanks for the real details. It certainly sounds like a VERY avoidable situation when you put it that way. It feels akin to peoole who drive like jerks because “they’re running late” when in fact they run late regularly.

This is a good take. I could see the penalty applying at (say) 50% of charge time or such. So if it's gonna take 30 mins to charge, you get the penalty at 45. Everybody should know it's gonna take time, so plan appropriately.

I agree. I see quite a few mclarens, et all around town, and the new vetter just does not do it for me. I mean, strokes for folks. I see a new supra in white all the time and think it looks great. But that new vette just looks piecemeal to my eye.
