Most of the Todd stuff up to "Todd" is good to great, but it gets really spotty after that. The early Utopia records are bad prog, but the later records (starting with Oops,wrong planet) get poppier fast. The early Jackson pop stuff is all fantastic, even if I found his later meanderings pretty dull.
