The difference, to me, between Tina and Marley is that Tina was a main character on the show when it had about eight main characters, and Marley was a main character when it had something like twenty-five. Even when Tina was underwritten she had to be onscreen a bunch of the time. Marley was replaced by Adam Lambert.
