I don’t think they are as common now, but yes, they did/do. They are to get the air in the cylinder warmed up before a cold start.

Relax.

Suck, squeeze, bang, blow

well maybe if they built this instead of the CT6:

Yep. The same road Mr lamborghini drove his tractor back down to start making his own car.

Almost the same reasoning as to why Lambo as a CAR company exists in the first place...

Don’t like it? Lamborghini is right down the road.

I am convinced Ferrari is a just vile company. I don’t have the money to, but if I did, I’d never buy one. Porsche’s cars are as good to drive for far less money, McLaren’s have better performance, and Lamborghini builds better supercars.

I will unplug anything with a Lithium battery that is charging, and I close every door in the house (so if there is a fire it will spread slower) and my family thinks I am nuts.

If thunderstorms, or rather, lightning strikes, are common, then unplugging power and the phone cord is the wise thing to do.

It probably adds up to fairly significant savings on his electric bill, at the very least.

Congratulations, Mr. WildPanda and Mr. Cory Stansbury on COTD! I would like to gift you with a Chevrolet Volt Chevelle which this lovely lady will deliver when she gets the energy.

This is a little off-topic, but why do you think there are no truly compact pickups on the US market now? I just want something with daily-driver fuel economy that can occasionally transport large objects like a couch or a motorcycle or some lumber.

Indian and German cars !

I LIVE, I DIE, I LIVE AGAIN!

YES! FFS if we’re at a 4 way stop, and you clearly were stopped before my wheels were even starting to slow down, then don’t sit there waiting for me to come to a complete stop, pause a moment, then give me the hand-wave through the windshield! Just GO already.

One of the most frustrating things are people that are already at a stop sign, see you coming, and then wait to see if you’re actually going to stop. It messes up the flow of traffic so much; even more so when they try to be nice and let you go first.

How about people who have right of way and still try to wave you in. That’s some next level annoying stuff right there.
