I know that Scandinavians take driving seriously but those penalties for speeding are insane.

We know the show has always done hero shots, and then B-roll with different drivers. They do stupid stuff to be sure, but it’s entirely possible this was pickup footage of exterior shots with a stunt driver. I assume this is what they’ll contend anyway.
