An easier way to remove the updates is to run the CMD prompt as administrator and type the following: wusa /uninstall /kb:xxxxxxx replacing the Xs with the number of the update to remove. so for win 7 I type the following

Just speaking for myself. I don’t feel left in the past, with Win7. Besides that, I’ve already uninstalled the updates that apply. Besides that (2) I have backup images of both 7 and 10. Besides that (3) most people (I mean in the vast wider world) don’t care like I do, about covering such bases, and their ignorance…
