In all reality though, Cleveland wouldn’t have been able to start a real rebuild this season. There’s no way that it would’ve been a three-way trade because the Spurs didn’t want Kawhi landing in LA, so they would’ve vetoed the deal. I don’t really believe that he’s on his way out of Toronto though, unless the Raptors were deadset on only grabbing LA’s young kids.
