Just look at the Best Director nominees and winners. Because that’s what gender neutral awards will look like. There will be years when only men will be nominated, but a non-male will win once or twice a decade so people can point at that and say “see? There is no sexism in Hollywood!”

It’s a rounding error. It means nothing to them. Nuisance suits are just part of the cost of doing business. Especially for entertainment companies. Making people sue them is part of the business model. Just ask Scarlett Johansson or Peter Jackson.
