He was always kinda skeezy/creepy. The only surprising part is that it was women.

“Nicer?” I guess I can live with that as long as at some point someone calls her a one eyed fat man and she says “Fill yer hand, you sunofabitch!”

I appreciate that even in defending them he states that the dialogue is clunky and the direction non-existent.

I bet “vastly reduced price” = “5% off with twice the commercials, a 24 month commitment, and a very Comcastesque early cancellation fee.”

$20M would be eight figures, not seven. That doesn't change your point or his.

Constellation was good, but it was slow paced and required a lot of attention.  I was looking forward to season 2, but I’m not crushed it isn’t happening.

Leitch and Gosling literally call the movie a love letter to the stunt people in a bumper before it screens, so I don't think it is inappropriate for people to echo that.

I can't figure out the order of operations in that headline.

I own a convertible and it is, actually, great.

What network/streamer/studio’s content isn’t hit it miss?

If you are an American worker and want to get jealous, look up what French unemployment and severance benefits are.

“Stick to sports!” is always just “stop saying things I disagree with!”

I took the time to download the trailer over dialup. The i watched it about 80o times on my 50 lb, 21" CRT monitor. So, yes.

Old people who watch CBS copoganda probably skew a little more to the right than their age matched peers and I’m not one to let facts get in the way of a cheap shot or mediocre joke.

Yes. All of this is what I tried to say, but was too lazy to type out. That’s a very good assessment of everything on the show.

S2 was an improvement over S1, but that is damning with faint praise. Laroquette elevates the whole thing, Rausch is fine, Nyambi is an improvement over Talwalker, and the cast is playing less broad. We will keep watching, but it isn’t exactly appointment TV.

CBS’s older demographic might revolt if that happened. They are law and justice types*. They believe in punishing criminals. Unless of course, they pay off a pornstar they had sex with, lie about the value of their property, or try to overthrow the country.

TV snobs find these things dull and repetitive, but I think it is a huge achievement to run for 14 seasons when you only have 6 plots, all of which have been used dozens of times before on other shows.

It’s not worth your time unless you really enjoy farce without plot.
