Remoulade is basically mayo, mustard, and spices. There are probably as many recipes for remoulade as there are for gumbo or jambalaya, so this definitely qualifies.

The scene in season one where she is watching herself on the promo for the hotel talking about local attractions for visitors is incredible. The look on her face and the way she says “I don’t even remember making this!” made me laugh so hard I had to pause and rewind because I missed what came after.

I also do it with demerera because I like that in a sazerac. I don’t make a lot of old fashioneds but I bet the demerera would be good in that too.
