I thought the same so I did a little research. You probably know this, but you don’t fly in a straight line from Earth to Mars. You launch when Earth is a little ahead of Mars, but back, away from the direction of orbit, and sort of hit Mars as it is coming towards you.

Or you could just use your oven. It is probably better insulated than any cooler you can buy. It will work especially well if it has a warming setting and you can set it for anywhere from 100 - 150F. Even a proof setting around 85F would do it.
