“Silvoltado”

I think you misunderstood. GM plans to have sold 20 Bolts by 2023. Bold prediction, let’s see how that works out for them.

I own an IS300 wagon, and I’ve never seen another one with my own eyes before

Can you kill it with fire?

Overly aggressive normal cars. Toyota and Honda sell so many cars to people who just don’t care about cars, and now they’re trying to make them look like they want them to star in the next Transformers movie. It doesn’t make a good business case to me, they’re going to turn a bunch of loyal customers off like Lexus

Pardon my ignorance. I guess I’m just not wealthy enough to have risen into the upper echelons of such prestigious luxury car design.

Universal design language across an entire brand.

So basically let’s stop selling vehicles that people can afford and just ratchet up their debt?

It’s AMAZING to me how dumb the American auto industry is when it comes to learning from the past. We see this cycle over and over. Gas is relatively cheap, people don’t want small cars, so the big 3 make bank selling trucks and SUVs. They then think they don’t need small cars and either stop making them or let them

Yes. I’d even go so far to say that anything wieghing over 2 tons should need a CDL. I also think gas should cost about $8/gal. We would then have rational vehicle choices in the US.

I think there should be a new grade of license created for vehicles weighing over 6,000 pounds gross, so that people who drive them like they’re Mazda Miatas can learn some friggin’ responsibilities.

GM products made between 1974 and now are all shit.

Stop bashing the styling as “generic”! I’d much rather have simple styling than the atrocities that Toyota has been throwing out lately. Bring back simple smooth curves!

It’s New! Different! Shiny!

My similar fantasy involves Juha Kankkunen punching me in the face for being a millennial.
