That’s... not awful? It’s thematically close to my dream list changes would be needed to fix TRoS without doing to much to change the overall structure. Rey and Kylo really needed to be on parallel journeys.

Strongly considering doing exactly that after the movie is out. Because I definitely have some more observations I’d love to explore.
With any luck the next book might be out by the time you finish the first ones. I’m super annoyed I’ve been waiting this long, but I spent so much time reading the first five that I will definitely read the last two. The books have appendices that explain who everyone is and maps, those are very helpful.
Bend the knee to Gwendolyn of House Christie, First of her Name, Slayer of Red Carpets, and Queen of the Best Dressed.
As a corollary, “I’ve seen it so it must be everywhere” isn’t a worthwhile argument, either!
Excluding the picture wouldn’t have made the story incomplete...excluding the picture would have made a powerful statement...there have have been several posts on Gawker sites that have done just that.
Help me out...correct me if I’m wrong, my takeaway is someone took a shot of a photo in the Knowles-Carter home that was meant to be private? If this is true, why are you reposting it?!?
Think about the term “guilty pleasure” and what’s often cited: things women are “supposed” to like such as romantic comedies, pop music, chick lit. Have you ever heard of anything masculine-coded as someone’s guilty pleasure?
The other day, my husband said to me, “I decided not to try to reason with you about buying Jagged Little Pill on vinyl and bought what was in our Amazon cart.” I gave him a pitying look and said, “It is an amazing album. You’ll see. You’ll see.”
jjj — Wow. Just based on reading the first sentence of your comment, I see you’re a behavioral psychologist, geneticist, sociologist, a specialist in homosexual identity, and probably have published numerous papers in peer reviewed journals on PTSD-related sexual orientation after abuse.
fuck her and fuck that. I am so sorry that you’ve had to deal with that ongoing trauma
Happens all the time. I was molested. So was my mom when she was a kid. It’s apparently different for me, though, because I’m a male who turned out to be gay and had an abusive father, and she didn’t. Clearly it’s awful that a man chose to do that, but it’s not so traumatic because clearly I wanted the male attention…
Yes NBC this could’ve been you.Reaping the benefits of this brilliant, beautiful female journalist but no you had to chase the mediocre white woman demographic and look how that turned out. Good for you Tamron. Congrats and can’t wait until September 9th.
I’m a Survivor of several male pedophiles who abused me between ages 3 and 19.
I’m not sure if you’re a self hating Latino or what (which is a shame if so), but you’re not going to sit in here and disparage my people and get off scott free. I’m a proud African American who wishes to be NOTHING else. My people have endured and survived oppression, slavery and indignities for hundreds of years in…
Yeeesss! Otherwise why was his “mind telling him no, but his body was saying yes”? 🤔
TR: I’m curious as to why you don’t think they should mute his music.
I think you’re right about everything except this particular interview. Because in this particular interview, we’re all laughing at this stupid motherfucker for trying to cry his way outta this shit. And applauding Gayle for not giving him any applause for his acting performance.
It’s an ongoing problem with media, and one that’s particularly glaring at mainstream outlets, which substitute toothless phrases like “racially charged” or “racially tinged” for the word “racist”
